Promotion of a harmonic and balanced life



We are dedicated to serve the community by promoting the well-being of individuals. The theme of the project is about the correlation of the well-being of individuals and the harmony of the society. Despite employment, a harmonic balanced life is also crucial to the well-being of individuals and hence the harmony of the society. However, it is often being underestimated or even overlooked.Mental disorders such as anxiety and stress are often considered as the culprits of imbalanced life. Therefore, we offer tailor-made trainings and activities in order to help the participants attain a harmonic balanced life. These trainings and activities are designed on the basis of sensory therapy which focuses on enhancing the coordination of mind and body (i.e. visual, auditory, smell, taste, tactile, and consciousness)


Visual—color therapy

Color therapy refers to having mental stimulation and elimination of the adverse psychological status by watching a variety of colors.For instance, warm colors like reds and yellows excite the feelings of warm, lively and cheerful whereas cool colors like blues and purples give the feelings peace and calm.


Auditory—music therapy

Music therapy uses various sources of sound, from human voices to classical music, to assist participants in attaining a spiritual relaxation. It can ease one’s mind, reduce fatigue and ease tensions. It also inputs positive energy.It is a relaxation therapy especially good for those who are often busy and nervous.Physical exhaustion and fatigue will be noticeably disappeared after having listened to the sound of soft and beautiful music. Rhythm of lively music can release attendants from depressed mood
whereas relaxed music can increase appetites. Lyric songs make people feel calm while classical music makes people meditate and reflect. Listening to familiar music regularly can strengthen the memory.


Smell—aromatherapy

Aromatherapy uses volatile liquid plant materials, known as essential oils, and other aromatic compounds from plants for affecting one’s mood or health. Accessing the nervous system through the olfactory organ, flower fragrance can arouse a comfortable and pleasant feeling. It also helps eliminate fatigue, headache, dizziness and visual fuzziness. By relaxing one’s mind, aromatherapy can improve the situation of sleeplessness.


Taste—taste therapy

The therapy consists of taste of diet, herbs, supplements, vitamins, and special diets. What is the taste of a person’ tongue Just as disease is diagnosed on this basis, feelings of a person can also be examined in the same way. For instance, the mouth of a person tastes bitter when the bile in his body is predominant, likewise when he feels angry. Ina predominantly phlegmatic organism, the mouth tastes too sweet, likewise the mouth of a greedy person. These days, the properties of the chemically prepared western medicine are so strong that most people do not recognize the importance of the power of taste itself. Hence the therapy can be regarded as a revival of this ancient instinct.


Tactile—massage therapy

Through the acupuncture points massage one can accelerate blood circulation, enhance metabolism and as a result eliminates one’s muscle fatigue. It also helps improve skin's resilience and elasticity and also the permeability of the body.Massaging the forehead and back of the neck with fingertips can cure nervous headache.


Consciousness—relaxation therapy

Relaxation therapy helps one obtain psychological relaxation by gradually relaxing one’s muscles from head to feet. To do so, practitioners first instruct participants to tense up their muscles until a strong tension is felt.Then they are asked to gradually relax the muscles. This process is repeated several times in different parts of the body until the whole body is fully relaxed.Besides the alternation of tension and relaxation of muscles, taking deep breath is also a common way used in the relaxation therapy to release one’s stress.

-Equip workers from any sectors with the essential occupational knowing-how and technical skills by providing them training courses, seminars and other value-added activities
-Provide training courses of various basic skills, such as bilingual typing and computer software applications

-Assist the unemployed individual to acquire new skill to adapt to the employment market
-Provide career counseling, job placement and referrals after training


Self improvement

Design various training programs and workshops for individuals related to such as EQ and AQ, creativity and innovation, Enneagram workshop, managing with I-Ching, in order to enhance their awareness and equip themselves towards the ever changing market environment.
